How much will my inspection cost?
There are so many reasons why "one size fits most" pricing doesn't work for home inspections. Houses come in all sorts of shapes, sizes and ages, and the price can vary depending upon a large number of factors.
- The type of structure (single family home, townhome, condo)
- When it was built
- The total finished square footage (including finished basements)
- Number of bedrooms
- Number of full and half baths
- Presence of crawl spaces
- Selling price
The more information you provide, the more accurate your quote will be and the better we will be able to prepare for your inspection, including bringing appropriate tools and equipment, as well as allowing adequate time to perform the inspection.
Our Premiere Home Inspection is an ASHI certified Maryland State inspection done by an Independent Home Inspector with no ties to any Realtor, builder, remodeler, Inspection franchise or other contractor. Bob tends to be fussier, more detailed, and take more time than many other inspectors. For that reason, his inspections might cost more. Even so, we have never had a client tell us they felt they had wasted their money.
